 Motivating, organizing and encouraging workforce. Controlling inventory levels by conducting physical counts. Verify product inventory reports by comparing logs and reports.
Manage Space consumption and staking in warehouse properly.
Ensuring security arrangements are in place.

 Manage the Company Procurement and Supply Chain functions.
 Follow-up properly on clearing process to minimize demerge cost.
 Working closely with Company Sales Team and Management.
 Maintaining report on Import status/ Pending MIR/ Inventory Status.
 Minimize inventory investment and losses by proper forecasting.
 Negotiation for best services at lowest cost with freight forwarding co.
 Management of third party logistics services providers.
 Issue GRN/ GTN/ Purchase order/ Material Issuance Report.
 Issue Invoices/ Delivery Notes/ BOE to the customers.
 Establish discussions with the customers for dead inventory/ parts.
 Adopting best practices in sourcing.
